Salary: $56,944 - $87,982 Examples of Duties:ÊOversees facilities and building maintenance, fleet services, and real estate for the City. The purpose of the classification is to manage City assets - including, but not limited to City owned real property, buildings and vehicles, and the electronics/communicationsÊ - in a manner that maximizes the efficient use of City resources and opportunities for revenue for the City. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing plans for the sale, use or lease of City assets, and managing and maintaining City owned and operated facilities and fleet of vehicles to maximize cost efficiency and effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications:ÊAny combination of training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administrative, economics, or closely related field; supplemented by a record of previous accomplishments that includes managing government operations of a functionally diverse organization, preferably from the executive office, or related experience such as operations manager for a large organization involving many forms of operations that include the management of material assets. A Master's degree is preferred. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications, and whose experience most closely matches the duties as described above, will be invited to continue in the selection process.
